Clear Studio opened its doors approximately 11 yrs. ago, with the goal of bringing a low cost, high quality recording studio to Central, PA. Clear Studio is owned and operated by Dennis Kaleta, who has recorded many different projects over the years, and he looks forward to recording yours.
The customer always has the final say at Clear Studio, and our job isn't finished until you're satisfied . We do our best to make you feel that this is your studio while you are here. Your input is very important to us, and you can have your project mixed the way you want it, not the way someone else wants it. You will receive guidance, direction, and suggestions, but the final decision is yours.
The atmosphere we offer is relaxed. This gives you the confidence and peace of mind needed to make a great recording. Our studio is 15 x 21ft. giving you plenty of room to set up, whether your multitracking with overdubs, or mixing live to two track. Our control room is 10 x 12 ft. which will accommodate several people during mix-down.
We make CD one off's right on the premises. They can be made from almost any source (LP, Cassette, Reel to Reel, and DAT). We have state of the art digital noise reduction, which cleans up old and noisy recordings. Tape hiss, scratches, pops, and clicks are removed with little or no apparent change in the music.
